I am back from my freshman's orientation camp. I tink the programmes were really good but not the organisation was not.... Now i know the differences between Secondary school camps and Tertiary school camps... But to me, i had an unsuccessful camp because i never really made any friends. There are two groups of people, The super enthu and the very quiet, as u all know i talk alot, so its not possible that i fit in with them. On the other hand, the super enthu people talked too much, its not a bad thing but i can't fit in with them as i am not SUPER enthu.... So i felt super leftout but the group.... And to make things worse, the most enthu guy in my group was also called Jonathan.. so i had a really really hard time... so everyone would call, jonathan! jonathan! i make myself not respond coz i know its not me..... so sad....The enthu group only stick to themselves despite only saying that they will mix with the rest, they sat together at every meal leaving the quiet ones to a corner.... They talk about clubbing, basketball, rugby and i know nuts. So nothing in common to talk about... Well the camp is over, no point crying over it. They say they are going to organise outings for the group... i wonder whether they would know i exist or even call me out for it. Haiz... now i just hope i would make more friends in my course instead. anyway, they are the ones who are going to be with me folr the next 3 years
