Creme brulee

By Jon Ang
Crème brûlée (French for "burnt cream"; pronounced /ˌkrɛm bruːˈleɪ/ in English, IPA: [kʁɛm bʁyˈle] in French) is a dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a layer of hard caramel, created by burning sugar under a grill, or with a blowtorch or other intense heat source. It is usually served cold in individual ramekins.

The first time i did creme brulee, was about 1 month backi failed. Yunli came over to see and it failed and it turned lumpy.
The second try(last tuesday) i tried. With tips from freda, i manage to get it out but i didn't know the temperature and timing combination for my oven. So i did an experiment. i put 4 cups of it in the oven, 40mins, 45mins, 50mins and 55mins respectively. Picture below!
The third try(today) i did it again and yea. it came out nice, creamy and yummy
The time experiment.
