Yesterday i got to sleep till 11am. Haven had such a long rest in a long time. it feels so so good =). Then went Suki sushi at Lot1 to have buffet.. Buffet chi le bu fei.... Then after that went church early and Relak one Korner. They had new soft seats. so comfortable. We just sat there and chat for like 2hours. Nothing really much happen today tho... The day before, after work, I rushed home then i made cookies. I made the black types=) keep testing and trying to get the right temperate and timing, but couldn't. End up, my last to batches were burnt....
Heres how it went:
1st batch- 180degrees+12min=soft(big sized cookies)
2nd batch- 200degrees+8min=soft(big sized cookies)
3rd batch- 200degrees+10min=soft(big sized cookies)
4th batch- 200degrees+12min=Outside cruchy, inside still abit soft(big sized cookies)
5th batch- 200degrees+12min=Crunchy through out, ouside burnt(small sized cookies) =)
6th batch- 200degrees+12min=Crunchy through out, outside burnt(small sized cookies) =)
Conclusion: SIZE REALLY DOES MATTERS!!!! And its hard to get perfect combinations....=)
