YES! 1 day of the holiday week down.... 5 to go man....
Today i went to collect my ANG POW from my hotel and guess wad? they are so generous..., they give everyone 88DOLLARS! Ya, i am abit richer... after all i have to work during CNY.. haha
today passed rather fast, not much work to do also. only like 20pax for dinner... haha so slack..
After work went to the bus stop and when the bus came and i was about to get up the bus, this lady from behind kept pushing me forward. then infront is somemore a girl.. so irritaing.. later i anyhow kenna accuse.. so frustrating.. people ah.... haha..
Must blog more to keep myself company.. heehee.. not that i am lonely tho...

I am finally back after a long time not blogging, haha. oh well, i started work at meritus mandarin, so nothing much to blog except work and work. now i work 6 days a week, 8hours a day. and have to work on weekends man.. sad. This is the 4th week already. anyway i am glad that i manage to learn quite alot of stuff that i never knew.. haha
this week is chinese new year. sad to say, i have to work on CNY eve, CNY both days. no off at all. sian. i hope the week faster goes by. Off today, so working from tues to sun, 2pm-10pm....long.......

I was randomly doing some reflection with myself(maybe triggered by a conversation i had with someone). And i realised that i haven't been the nicest person around recently. i suddenly feel that lately i have been in a 'not so good mood' and i would just say whatever comes to my mind without thinking. So it becomes talking stupidly, talking without passing it thru the brain. HAHA. I am not really sad or something. just felt that i need to change and make things right. i am sorry to anyone if i have hurt you.

YAY! i got into Meritus Mandarin for my attachment. Thank God! I'll be there from 14Jan08-11Jan09 :D

tests- very soon ( over the period of next 3 weeks. don't feel like studying)
youth camp- soon (Although unable to go, i am still very excited about it. hopes everyone has fun and i am waiting for a miracle:)
exam- soon ( Although i don't want to study for it, but i hope it faster comes, faster go. after exam means holiday)
leaving SHATEC- soon (i am sick and tired of going to school for boring lessons)

My event catering came to end end. Thanks to those who came down to support, without you guys, it wouldn't be a sucess.:)
Anyway, we sort of felt a relief when it ended. then again, we felt sad that it has ended as this is sort out our last time working together as a team. oh well, enjoy the pics if u didn't come down!

Oven-baked Cereal Chicken with lyonnaise potato, kenya beans and RATATOUILLE (ratatouille was only served on sat as we ran out of cauliflower for the cauliflower coulis), with MANGO SAUCE.
