Haven't updated in along time, coz i don't really what to bloc, but now i've got something. Today i did a cold plate appetiser take a look... I'm so proud of myself.... It's a cold plate consisting_ Roast beef at the left, CHicken roll on the right, Smoked salmon and salad at the centre..

I am bored at 2am in the morning, i am seriously crazy....

This week, nothing much really happened, did badly for alot of my practicals.....
Had pastry and baking lessons and we did this desserts... they look so ugly...
Anyway, we are learning to be chefs, not Patisseurs.... haha

I was bored waiting for my soccer match at 2+am so i went online and searched for funny stuff to kill the boredom... I went to yahoo/google , typed in stuff like "Victory Family Centre", "The EDGE", "Rick Seaward", "Jeremy Seaward" and so on... Then I stumbled upon the Old Edge Website... I think it was during 2004/2005 that period, before we sort of officially shifted to Yishun... Found some old, interesting Picture.....I Never seen this picture despite being at the edge since it started...

Its the end of the week, and its summary time! This week was the first week fo semester1, part2, it went ok... haha... this week, did pastry, western and asian. Western we did our own sausages, "fish ala o'ly"(some type of fish &chip)... actually i thought i had a packed schedule, it turned out that i don't have to go to school on monday for 5 weeks.. Thats why i am smiling so happyly!!!!!Am i cool enough to be your fren? LOL
